From adaptive development to adaptive national systems

Great blog by Geoff Mulgan and Anir Chowdhury on Medium. It made me think that when we talk about adaptive development we need to think bigger. We need to think about how whole national governance systems can become more adaptive, experimental, evidence-informed. It is about using systems thinking to develop the capabilities of governance system to prepare and adapt the society and the economy to the opportunities and changes that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will bring. I have written about this with some other colleagues last year.

Here is the link to the blog on Medium: An adaptive national system: what can be done to help the people of Bangladesh navigate future jobs and skills?
